We offer express shipping Australia wide to ensure you receive your Onyo activewear promptly.

Standard shipping is available Worldwide

Express Domestic Orders: Expected delivery within 2 - 4 business days (Australia)

Standard Domestic Orders: Expected delivery within 6 - 10 business days (Australia)

International Orders: Delivery times may vary based on location. Please contact us for a specific ETA or use the AusPost shipping calculator to estimate (Onyo Post Code 4000)

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Orders to Australia over $100 AUD automatically receive free standard shipping.

Orders to New Zealand over $150 automatically receive free standard shipping.

Customs and Duties:

International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties based on their country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & refund's
Onyo Return & Exchange Policy

At Onyo, we want your experience with us to be as seamless as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following process for returns and exchanges:

Return & Exchange Process:

Contact Us
You have 10 days from receiving your order to contact us via email at onyo.contact@gmail.com or through our social media channels to request a return or exchange.

Receive Shipping Label
Once your request is seen to, we will provide a shipping label to your email.

Prepare Your Return
Take your item to your local AusPost office and purchase a flat-rate shipping satchel (sizes Small to Extra Large available) that corresponds with the return label provided.

Send Your Item
Have AusPost send the item back to us using the provided shipping label. AusPost can also print the label for you, if needed.

Assessment & Approval
Once we receive the item, we will assess its condition. You will be notified if your return or exchange has been approved.

Shipping Costs

For Returns: Onyo covers the cost of return shipping.

For Exchanges: If an exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item as a gesture of goodwill for the satchel you purchased.
The only cost to you for a return or exchange is the AusPost satchel.

To minimize the need for returns or exchanges, we recommend checking our sizing guide carefully before placing your order. -
